The Keto 177 products and overall plan was designed and formulated to enhance your life through finding more focus, more energy and most of all, by offering a lifestyle change that is sustainable for the long haul. Our plan will help you help yourself to not only look better, but also to feel better. The Keto 177 Life Plan combines intermittent fasting (fasting for 17 hours and eating for 7 hours daily) with a modified ketogenic diet plan all outlined in 6 Steps below. Step 1 - Take Keto 177 BHB Ketone drops and MCT Matrix drops Take both drops twice per day with the first serving when you wake up between 6:00 am and 9:00 am and the second between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Step 2 - Eat your first meal between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm Timing is almost everything when it comes to the Keto 177 Life Plan. Your eating period is 7 hours and starts when you eat your first meal (between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm) followed by 17 hours of fasting. Step 3 – Eat Whole foods with Good Fats Part of the Keto 177 Life Plan is to balance your food intake with whole foods (not processed foods or liquids) as much as possible aiming for your nutrition coming from Fats (60 to 65%), Protein (20 to 25%) and Carbs (10 to 15%). A more advanced and disciplined ratio of nutrition would be Fats (80%), Protein (15%) and Carbs (5%). Although this advanced ratio may be doable for some, it’s normally not sustainable and not recommended as part of your Life Plan. Reduce processed foods (sugary foods and drinks), flour, wheat, and grain intake to as close to zero as possible. Step 4 - Drink More Water A good goal is to drink at least 100 ounces of water per day. Make sure to do this step, as it is so very important to helping you feel good. Carrying a water bottle with you throughout the day really helps. Step 5 - Eat your last meal or snack by 8:00 pm A key component to our Life Plan is to have 17 hours of fasting from your last meal or snack. When you eat last sets the tone for when you eat first the next day. 17 hours is important and should be used in determining when you eat. A good schedule to follow is to stop eating at 7:00 pm and start your eating the next day 17 hours later at noon. This can be adjusted up or down an hour, but be sure to stop eating by 8:00 pm. Step 6 – Exercise regularly We all know that exercise is something that we need. Make sure to get your blood and heart rate flowing with some type of exercise 3 to 4 times a week (at a minimum). Make it a habit and you will really notice a difference in how you feel! Warning:  You are going to have energy.  How much will depend on how much weight you have to lose and how well you follow the 17/7 program.  Following the 17 hour fast with the 7 hour window of eating with great discipline often brings with it new found energy. That energy is your body burning your fat. Some have even had to adjust their sleep schedule to account for the added energy.
